1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Domestic - U.S.)
Ormiro offers two main shipping options within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.
4. International Shipping Policy
Ormiro currently ships to many countries worldwide.

International Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary significantly by destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Ormiro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns

Damaged Items: Ormiro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and our customer support team immediately.
