Return and Cancellation Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of the item’s delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, especially for high-value jewelry.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For international orders, duties, customs fees, taxes, and VAT paid after an order has been fulfilled are also non-refundable.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or cancelled.

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled. After this cancellation window, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear on your account.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
